  • STEP 1: ORDER -
    Pick your quantity and place your order through our secure check-out. During check-out, upload any artwork you might have – drawings, logos, etc. Make notes about your design under the ARTWORK SERVICE step. If you are purchasing our Artwork Service, please make detailed notes for our designers.
    Additionally, customize your metal invitations by choosing an upgrade metal finish, additional colors (one is included) and variable names/numbers.
  • STEP 2: PROOFING PROCESS -
    In 24 hours or less, you will receive a digital proof from a Client Services team member. We realize your event is special, so extra care will be spent to ensure you have the design of your dreams. Please note any changes and our professional designers will be sure to deliver a design you love.
  • STEP 3: PRODUCTION & SHIPPING -
    After confirming your artwork, your metal VIP Passes will be manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility. This process is extensive, but generally takes around 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of your project.

When will I see my first design?

Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload). You will receive an Email with your design as an attachment – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there. You can respond to the Email with any revisions, or your confirmation for production.

What if I don’t have artwork?

No problem. Our in-house graphic design team is ready and capable of designing an amazing metal VIP Pass. With thousands completed, we have the experience to work closely with our clients to deliver a design that will impress, but also matches the theme of your event. From TED Talks to Guns N’ Roses tour to the Red Bull Air Race – we’ve done it all!

How do I send artwork for my order?

During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, select if you will supply your own artwork, or have will our internal design team work on your invitation layout. Either way, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Artwork Service step.

What is the general turnaround time?

General production time is between two to three weeks, after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Is there a set-up fee?

There are NO set-up fees if you supply vector artwork based on our templates. If you would like us to design your VIP pass, we offer a professional in-house design service. In this process, you will be assigned to one of our experienced, talented graphic designers. If at any point you wish to discuss the project, provide feedback, or ask any questions, you can call our offices from 9am - 5pm, PST and speak to your designer.

What’s included with your standard pricing?

We like to make things simple. Our pricing includes all cut-through areas, all surface-etched areas, rounded corners and one screen printed – all of this on the front AND back.

Can I add variable names or numbers to these Metal VIP Passes?

Yes! We call this variable data - it’s applied with a state-of-the-art laser. You may add this to your order in the check-out process. To specify your variable information, simply upload an Excel file along with your artwork, or note that you would like each VIP pass numbered 001 – 100, or 1001 – 1100, etc. You may also specify the font for your variable information. Please call us with any questions.

Can you produce something smaller or larger?

Yes. Everything we produce at My Metal Business Card is made-to-order - anything is possible. Please call us at 714.213.8155 and speak to a friendly team member about your upcoming event and needs – we’re here to help.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my Metal VIP Passes?

Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your Metal VIP Passes. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.

What about lanyards for our VIP Passes?

We offer black cloth lanyards. As you work through the product builder, you will be prompted to add the black lanyards to your order.
