1. What is the standard discount?

Discounts go as high as 41%, but will vary by product and quantity ordered. Please refer to your Broker Pricing Guide or our online ordering system to view current pricing per product.

2. What does the unit price include?

All pricing includes any cut-through areas, 10% surface etching on both sides, and one screen printed color on both sides.

3. Are there any set-up costs?

If you can supply vector artwork to our specifications, there are no set-up costs. If you would like our in-house design team to create the card for your client, you can add our Artwork Service to your order.  For additional information, refer to My Wholesale Busienss Card Artwork Guidelines.

4. What are my shipping options?

All orders ship via FedEx Ground in the continental US for a flat rate of $10, unless specified otherwise. Please call or write for information on expedited shipping. If you would like blind shipping, please note this when placing your order.

3. Do you offer a rush service?

The normal production time-frame is approximately three weeks, due to the fact that every order is custom made and multiple processes are involved. If your client needs cards fast, Quick Metal Cards are ready-to-ship in 5 business days or less, after artwork confirmation. 24-hr and 48-hr turnaround upgrade is also available!
