Carbon Fiber feels like something out of the future, but it’s here now – and it could even be your next business card. Our Carbon Fiber is 2 mm thick and, you guessed it – durable and lightweight.
Pull a credit card from your wallet – that card is 3.375 X 2.125 inches. Our industry calls these dimensions CR80 – it’s extremely common and that’s the size of our Carbon Fiber Bottle Opener Business Cards! Because carbon fiber is so strong, we must die-cut our cards to this shape – other cutting processes simply wouldn’t be efficient. If you’re looking for a custom shape or cut-outs, please contact us for a quote.
Your artwork will be printed to the Carbon Fiber Bottle Opener Business Card surface. We’ll include one side full color printing as part of our standard pricing and if your artwork requires double-sided printing, simply add that to your order. Each card comes in it’s own clear plastic sleeve to elevate the presentation and protect it from scratching.
Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the carbon fiber finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.
You will receive your first digital proof from our in-house graphic design team within a few working hours after your purchase. Once it's ready, we'll email you a link to review and approve your design. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there.
You can submit any revisions or questions directly to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.
General production time for Carbon Fiber Business Cards is 5 business days after artwork confirmation. You can upgrade to 48-hour or 24-hour production time for an additional cost.
If you supply complete vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees.
If you would like us to design your card, select "Add Card Design Service" when placing your order. This includes up to five changes with one of our in-house designers.
Yes, rush production is available. Simply select “24 Hour Production” or “48 Hour Production” under the “Expedited Production” area when adding the product to your cart.
Please note that this is for production time only; shipping time is still needed after the cards are produced. If you need expedited shipping, you can add it during the checkout process.
Yes! You can order for multiple people in a single order. There is no split fee if each person orders 50 pieces or more. Please make a note in the Artwork Comments box indicating how you want the order split.
Yes, these cards come standard with full-color printing on one side, but you can add full-color printing on the second side under the Advanced Options tab.
Yes, our cards are made from genuine carbon fiber.
No problem! Our in-house artwork team can design a card for you using your current logo or your ideas. We guarantee you'll look great!
During the order process, first select your quantity. Then choose whether you will supply your own artwork (I Have Production-Ready Artwork) or have our design team create it (Add Card Design Service).
You can upload up to three files by clicking the “Upload Artwork" button, or dragging and dropping your files into the light blue box on the product page.

Currently, we do not offer variable data on our Carbon Fiber Bottle Openers. However, we do offer variable data on all our metal cards!
Our carbon fiber cards are die-cut to CR80 dimensions (credit card size: 2.12 x 3.37”). Due to the nature of the material, we cannot create custom shapes or custom cut-through areas in our carbon fiber cards.
