Pick from our line-up of durable finishes or go with the natural stainless still finish – you get to pick! Choose from natural Stainless Steel, Black Metal, Copper Finish, Brass Finish and more! Make your passes unique by choosing the finish that matches your style.

Chemically Cut & Etched

Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! We utilize the latest in chemical etching technology to ensure your passes are cut with the finest attention to detail. And the best part? Our pricing includes all cut-through and 10% surface etching!

Screen Printing & Variable Data

You can expect colors that pop and a finish that’s durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the pass surface or filled into etched areas. We’ll even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!

Individually Wrapped for Protection

Every pass we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the natural stainless steel finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.

FAQ

When will I see my first design?

You will receive your first digital proof from our in-house graphic design team within a few working hours after your purchase. Once it's ready, we'll email you a link to review and approve your design. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there.

You can submit any revisions or questions directly to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.

How long does it take to create the product?

It usually takes us 2-3 weeks to create the VIP passes after your artwork has been confirmed.

If you need your order sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method by logging into the My Account section on our website, clicking on your order number, and updating your shipping method to an expedited option.

Keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery after shipping but does not shorten the production time.

Is there a set-up fee?

If you supply complete vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees.

If you would like us to design your card, select "Add Design Service" when placing your order. This includes up to five changes with one of our in-house designers.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Rush production cannot be guaranteed for our fully custom VIP passes. However, please contact our friendly agents at 714.213.8155 or email us at sales@mymetalbusinesscard.com to discuss expedited options. We're ready to help you find the right choice to suit your needs.

Do you offer lanyards for VIP Passes?

We offer black cloth lanyards. As you go through the product builder, you will be prompted to add the black lanyards to your order.

What if I don't have artwork?

No problem! Our in-house artwork team can design a VIP pass for you using your current logo or your ideas. We guarantee you'll look great!

How do I provide artwork for my order?

During the order process, first select your quantity. Then choose whether you will supply your own artwork (I Have Production-Ready Artwork) or have our design team create it (Add Design Service).

You can upload up to three files by clicking the “Upload Artwork" button, or dragging and dropping your files into the light blue box on the product page.

What’s included with your standard pricing?

Our standard pricing is designed to keep things simple for you.

Standard Pricing Includes:

- 2.75 x 4.5" Dimensions

- Custom cut-through areas

- Surface Etching

- Custom shape within product dimensions

- One screen printed color

- Content on both sides

Additionally, each VIP pass comes in its own clear plastic sleeve for protection.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my card?

Yes, you can choose single or double sided Full Color Printing under the Color drop down in the Advanced Options tab.

Full Color Printing allows you to add full color images, images with gradients or multi-color logos on your VIP passes.

STEP 1 | ORDER Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. No artwork, no problem! Just add our VIP Pass Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your ideas.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will worth with you until you love your VIP pass layout. Once you''re completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
