Can I use a QR code?

Yes, you can choose to include a QR code on your card under Advanced Settings on the product page.

You can either upload your own QR code image, or for a small fee, opt to have our team re-usable QR code for you.

When choosing our made-for-you QR code, there are two possible actions your QR code can trigger when it is scanned: it can either open a URL, or your contact information on the recipient's device.

Note: thanks to the special redirection technology we use, you don't have to enter your final URL or contact information on the product page – you can update or change the information at any point after your order! Even when you receive your cards.

Thanks to our redirection technology, your QR code will never expire - simply login to the My Account to change your destination URL or vcard information whenever you prefer. Your QR code will not change, so you don’t need to order new cards if you want to use a new URL or update your vcard contact information!

Do I have to pay to see a design proof?

Our biggest priority is service. To maintain a high level of service, we do require that an order is placed prior to any artwork or production. This enables you to receive an order number and place in our design queue.

Remember – all of our services have a 100% satisfaction guarantee We will work with you to design a card you love, and we will only move forward with production upon your approval.

Can you make my card any shape or size?

Yes! Let your imagination run wild with size and shape. If you can dream it, chances are we can produce it ??

What if I don’t have artwork, can you make my design?

No problem. Let our in-house artwork team design a card for you. We know how to make you look good – guaranteed!

We offer a professional graphic design artwork service for custom card design. For only $60, our professional graphics team will create a card design based upon your input and ideas. This service includes up to five (5) artwork changes, complete with a .jpg proof for each round. You will receive the first proof within 24 hours from your order (during business week).

Our designers can take your current logo or any artwork you might have and come up with a design that makes you look good. Simply upload any content you might have – even a cell phone photo of your current card – and our professional designers will come up with a card design that elevates your brand. If you don’t have a current logo, you can simply let us know in the artwork comments box what you’re looking for in terms of style and message.

When you receive the digital proof of your artwork, you can note any changes you’d like, or confirm the artwork. We won’t take your cards to production until you are 100% happy with the design – you will LOVE your metal cards.

How Can I Place a Re-Order?

The fastest way to place a re-order is by logging into My Account! You'll find the option to either Re-Order With Changes or Re-Order No Changes.

If you choose Re-Order No Changes, your order will go straight into production without having to approve a new proof.

If you choose Re-Order With Changes, you will be taken back to the card builder screen where you can list any changes you would like made. Please note, this DOES NOT mean you have to build the entire card from scratch, you only have to list your desired revisions. Once you are finished you can click Update Cart and proceed through the checkout process. Once the order is placed the design team will use the notes you've provided to put together a revised proof for your review and approval.

Do you offer large quantity discounts?

Absolutely! We have special pricing for large volumes.

It's also possible to split your order among different people: Your order can include different name/contact information. For instance, you could order 1000 cards for five people – each will receive 200 cards and you will receive the 1000 card price.

How do I send artwork for my order?

When placing your order on the website you can upload your files to any of the 3 available upload bards on your product order page. If your files are too large or you forgot to upload them during the order process, you are welcome to email your files along with your order number to sales@mymetalbusinesscard.com and we are happy to get them added to your order.

Due to the complexity of manufacturing metal business cards and our high quality standards, production generally takes three weeks. In order to provide the highest quality metal business cards around, we must hold this timeline.

For Promotional Items and Gift Products the production time is typically 3-4 days.

Do you ship to Canada and what are the rates?

Yes, we have lots of Canadian customers!

The shipping cost to Canada will depend on how many cards you order (weight), and whether you choose FedEx or USPS.
