Yes, you can choose to include a QR code on your card under Advanced Settings on the product page.

For a small fee, we will create a re-usable QR code for you. There are two possible actions your QR code can trigger when it is scanned: it can either open a URL, or your contact information on the recipient's device.

Note: thanks to the special redirection technology we use, you don't have to enter your final URL or contact information on the product page – you can update or change the information at ANY point after your order – even when you receive your cards!

Thanks to our redirection technology, your QR code will never expire - simply login to the My Account to change your destination URL or vcard information whenever you prefer. Your QR code will not change, so you don’t need to order new cards if you want to use a new URL or update your vcard contact information!

If for some reason you don’t like the initial proof of your design, we will work with you on your design until you are completely happy – that is our promise.

Unlike other competitors, we have an entire team of in-house graphic designers at our offices in Southern California. If needed, they will literally pick-up the phone to call you – or you can call them at any time during business hours.

The amount of colors included in the price depends on the product type, but we absolutely can do additional colors, even Full Color Photo Printing.

Please select the amount of spot color you would like to use, “Full Color Printing 1 Side” or "Full Color Printing Both Sides" from under the Advanced Settings when placing your order and you will be all set.

Yes, silver laser etched variable data can be added to each card for a fee of $0.50 each. Colored printed variable data can be added to to each card for a fee of $0.75 each. This would include individual number and/or names per card.

Yes! We can produce logos, images and text on either side of your card. We utilize double-pass etching which allows us to produce engraving of artwork that may overlap on both sides of the card.

Yes! All orders – regardless of print-ready artwork or not – receive a digital proof that will be emailed to you in 24 working hours or less after ordering. We won’t take your cards to production until you are 100% happy with the design - you will LOVE your new cards! ??

Metal business cards are a completely different manufacturing process than printing. Your cards are made from 100% genuine Stainless Steel .5mm thick, and chemically-etched with your custom artwork.

For this process, we must:

(A) produce custom artwork for you,

(B) create a custom ‘film-tool’ to make your cards,

(C) prep the stainless steel sheets for etching,

(D) etch your cards in a series of acid-based solutions,

(E) add-on features require additional card processes, and finally,

(F) individually inspect and prepare each card for delivery.

Yes. There has never been an issue traveling with metal business cards, and you will remove them from your pocket like all other items, while passing through the security checkpoint.

Yes, we can! Please note that we can only ship samples free of charge in the US, however. To order international samples, please send us a message with your requested sample products and shipping address, and we will confirm the shipping cost.

You can always see the real-time status of your order by logging into My Account and opening the Orders tab.

We can provide you either a HiCo or LoCo universal magnetic strip, but we do not encode the cards at our facility. You may contact your POS system and they can offer you this service. Please note all magnetic strips are LoCo unless otherwise requested.

Yes! We do not have a minimum order quantity so you are welcome to order as few as one single piece on any of our card ordering pages.

Our general production time depends on the type of product ordered.

• Metal Business Cards: Approximately 2-3 weeks from proof approval.

• Quick Metal Cards: 5 business days from proof approval. (48hr and 24h production upgrades available)

• Promotional Products: 3-4 business days from proof approval.

Once your order has shipped, you can expect cards no later than five business days based on your geographical location from our office in Southern California.

To show our appreciation for your business, all orders receive flat rate shipping for $10, via FedEx Ground to addresses in the continental USA.

International shipping time depends greatly on the destination country. Please contact us for an estimate.

Yes, we are happy to ship any order internationally! We are shipping orders globally all the time to almost all countries.

Pricing will depend on the country, courier and weight of your package. We will provide you with freight options and you may choose which option is best for you. You will also be responsible for any additional duties and taxes charged on the package in customs.

Our normal production time-frame is approximately two-to-three weeks from proof approval, due to the fact that every order is custom made and multiple processes are involved. If you’re looking for cards fast, our Quick Metal Cards are ready-to-ship in 5 business days or less, after artwork confirmation.
