- Our in-house artwork team will get to work on your first proof. Look for an Email with proof sometime within 24 hours of placing your order (Monday through Friday). If you haven’t yet received an Email after 24 hours, please check your spam filter, or contact us directly.
- Once the proof has been received, respond with any changes necessary. Or, simply confirm your artwork for production.
- After artwork confirmation, your order will go into production and ship via – please contact us at 714.213.8155 if you need expedited shipping. Most orders ship in 2-3 weeks; however, our Quick Metal Cards ship in 5 business days or less, as do many of our promotional and gift products.
