Brilliant in sheen and lighter than any metal out there, these cards are etched from sheets of real aluminum. This metal offers a unique balance of weight and finish and gives plenty of custom options when it comes to color.
Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! We utilize the latest in chemical etching technology to ensure your cards are cut with the finest attention to detail. And the best part? Our pricing includes all cut-through and 10% surface etching!
You can expect colors that pop and a finish that’s durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the card surface or filled into etched areas. We’ll even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!
Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the stainless steel finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.
You will receive your first digital proof from our in-house graphic design team within a few working hours after your purchase. Once it's ready, we'll email you a link to review and approve your design. Please check your spam folder in case the email ends up there.
You can submit any revisions or questions directly to your designer, or confirm your proof for production through the link that is emailed to you.
It usually takes us 2-3 weeks to create the cards after your artwork has been confirmed.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method by logging into the My Account section on our website, clicking on your order number, and updating your shipping method to an expedited option.
Keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery after shipping but does not shorten the production time.
If you supply complete vector artwork in the correct layout, there are no set-up fees.
If you would like us to design your card, select "Add Card Design Service" when placing your order. This includes up to five changes with one of our in-house designers.

Yes, you can personalize each card with a unique name or number, a feature we refer to as Variable Data which is found under the Advanced Options tab.
Variable data can either be applied using a state-of-the-art laser, or color screen printing processes.
Once you've selected your style of Variable Data, you can upload your Excel file containing the variable information through the designated upload bar. If you have a specific font you'd like to use, you can also upload your font file to your order.

Absolutely! We can create custom shaped cards at no extra charge, as long as they fit within the standard business card dimensions of 3.5 x 2 inches or CR80 – 3.37 x 2.12 inches. Please specify your custom shape request in the Design Direction box when you submit your design.
If you don't like the initial proof of your design, don't worry! We promise to work with you until you are completely satisfied.

During the order process, first select your quantity. Then choose whether you will supply your own artwork (I Have Production-Ready Artwork) or have our design team create it (Add Card Design Service).
You can upload up to three files by clicking the “Upload Artwork" button, or dragging and dropping your files into the light blue box on the product page.

Yes! You can order for multiple people in a single order. There is no split fee if each person orders 50 pieces or more. Please make a note in the Artwork Comments box indicating how you want the order split.
Yes, you can choose single or double sided Full Color Printing under Printed Color(s) in the Advanced Options tab, which allows you to print full color images, images with gradients or multi-color logos on your cards.
