Is there a design fee?

There is no design fee if you provide vector artwork in the correct layout. However, if you need us to design your plaque or make any changes to your files, we offer a design service that includes up to five revisions.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on this product?

At this point, personalization is completed using a state-of-the-art laser. This laser reproduces your artwork in laser etching on contrasting glass; color is not currently available.

What is the general turnaround time?

This product is ready-to-ship within 3-4 business days of your artwork confirmation.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate freight fee of $10 per order shipping within the US – regardless of order size or weight! All orders ship via FedEx Ground, unless noted otherwise. You are also welcome to add on expedited shipping during the checkout process on the site.

Are other dimensions avaliable?

Yes! Other available dimensions include: 8 X 10", 9 X 12", 10.5 X 13".

Order Process

STEP 1  |  ORDER    Select your quantity and desired size and place your order through our secure check-out.  You can add on our design service or upload your own and enter any notes necessary.

STEP 2  |  PROOFING PROCESS    Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof.  Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love the design.  Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3  |  PRODUCTION & SHIPPING    After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in 5 business days or less (please call for expedited options).  Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
