Our Brass Finish Metal Business Cards are actually made from 304 stainless steel, with a durable electro-plated coating that gives the brilliance of golden brass, without the worry of tarnishing. At .5mm thick, the cards are durable, corrosion resistant and won’t bend easily like soft brass.

Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! We utilize the latest in chemical etching technology to ensure your cards are cut with the finest attention to detail. And the best part? Screen Printing & Variable Data

You can expect colors that pop and a finish that is durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the card surface or filled into etched, recessed areas. We will even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!

Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the matte brass finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.

When will I receive my first proof?

After you make a purchase, our graphic design team will create your first digital proof within 24 working hours, sometimes even faster depending on our workload.

Once your proof is ready, we'll email you a link to view it. Be sure to check your spam folder so you don’t miss our email.

You can also view your proofs by logging into the My Account section on our website and visiting the "Proofs" tab.

Through the link we provide or directly on our website, you can communicate with your designer, request revisions, or approve the proof to move forward with production.

How do I submit artwork for my order?

During the ordering process, you'll first select the quantity you need. Next, choose whether to use our Card Design Service, where our design team will create the card for you, or to provide your own ready-to-print artwork.

In both cases, you can upload up to three files. Just drag and drop your files or click the ‘Upload Artwork’ button under the Artwork Service step to add your files.

What’s included in the standard pricing?

Our standard pricing is designed to keep things simple for you.

Standard Pricing Includes:

- Custom cut-through areas

- Surface Etching

- Custom shape within product dimensions

- Rounded corners

- One screen printed color

- Content on both sides

Additionally, each card arrrives in its own clear plastic sleeve for protection.

Can I order for multiple people in a single order?

Absolutely! You can order for multiple people at once without any split fee, as long as each person orders 50 pieces or more.

Just specify this in the 'Artwork Comments' section when you complete your order.

Can each card have a unique name or number?

Yes, you can personalize each card with a unique name or number, a feature we refer to as Variable Data which is found under the Advanced Options tab.

Variable data can either be applied using a state-of-the-art laser, or color screen printing processes.

Once you've selected your style of Variable Data, you can upload your Excel file containing the variable information through the designated upload bar.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my card?

Yes, you can choose single or double sided Full Color Printing under Printed Color(s) in the Advanced Options tab, which allows you to print full color images, images with gradients or multi-color logos on your cards.

How thick are the cards?

Our standard cards are 0.5 mm thick, similar to a standard credit card which is about 0.76 mm. You can also choose thinner 0.3 mm cards or upgrade to thicker 0.8 mm cards to suit your preference!

How long does it take to create the product?

It usually takes us 2-3 weeks to create the cards after your artwork has been confirmed.

If you need your order sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method by logging into the My Account section on our website, clicking on your order number, and updating your shipping method to an expedited option.

Keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery after shipping but does not shorten the production time.

Is there a design fee?

There is no design fee if you provide vector artwork in the correct layout. However, if you need us to design your card or make any changes to your files, we offer a design service that includes up to five revisions.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Rush production cannot be guaranteed for our fully custom cards. However, please contact our friendly agents at 714.213.8155 or email us at sales@mymetalbusinesscard.com to discuss expedited options. We're ready to help you find the right choice to suit your needs.

What if I don't have artwork?

No problem! Our in-house design team is here to help. By adding on the Design Service we can create a card for you using your existing logo or ideas you provide. We're committed to making sure you look great—guaranteed!

What if I don't like the design provided by your artwork service?

If you're not happy with the initial design proof, don't worry—we'll work with you until you're completely satisfied. That's our guarantee!

Can I get a custom shaped card?

Absolutely! We can create custom shaped cards at no additional charge, provided they fit within the standard business card dimensions of 3.5 X 2 inches or CR80 – 3.37 X 2.12 inches. Please specify your custom shape request in the Design Direction box when you submit your design.

Are these cards made of real brass?

All of our cards are crafted from high-quality stainless steel. For our 'brass finish' cards, we use an electroplating process that coats the surface with a gold-like finish, providing a bright and durable alternative to natural brass.

This method ensures a lasting sheen that resists tarnishing over time as opposed to natural brass.

Order Process

STEP 1 | ORDER Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. No artwork, no problem! Just add our Card Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
