In the first step, Logo Design, you can upload up to three files by clicking the ‘UPLOAD’ buttons under the Design Content and Design Direction boxes. Our team will take your ideas, current logos, or anything else you have and turn it into a new custom look for your brand!

Do I need to have a current design?

No current logo or card design, no problem – this is included in this package! Let our in-house artwork team design a logo for you, then we will design a custom card for you based on your input. We know how to make you look good – guaranteed! Please let us know (in the artwork comments box) what you’re looking for in terms of style and message – we’ll take it from there. And, no orders go to production until you are 100% happy with the design.

You will be assigned a designer that will review the content and answers you have submitted, plus any notes you've made, and he or she will work diligently to create a logo design that fits your brand style and is sure to blow away your competition.

You will receive digital proofs of your design via Email. Once the Email arrives, simply click the proof link and note any changes you'd like to see. Our team will make the changes and send you an updated proof for your review. Once you love your design, simply confirm your logo and you're all set. At that point, our team will provide you with your logo in every file type you could imagine. FAQ

When will I see my first design?

Our in-house graphic design team will render your first logo proof concept within 24 hours of your purchase (Monday through Friday and generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload).

Once your first concept is complete you will receive an Email with a link to your design for review and approval – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there.

You can submit any revisions and questions to your designer, or confirm your proof through the link that is emailed to you.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Are there any setup fees?

No. Our Logo Design Service inlcludes the set-up and covers the time for your assigned designer to work on your new logo design and card layout. Once you supply us with your content, we get to work on your order and the back and forth digital proofing process begins. After you approve you will recieve all digital logo files, no charge.

STEP 1 | ORDER Provide detailed notes, upload any inspiration you have and answer a few quick questions, and our internal design team will take it from there. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card or logo if you have one.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your new logo design. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your logo.

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION After confirming your logo design, you will receive your complete files in different sizes and formats to set your brand up for success. We will also begin the proofing process for your new Metal Business Card design. Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
