STEP 1: ORDER -
Pick your quantity and place your order through our secure check-out. During check-out, upload your logo file. Make notes about your design under the ARTWORK SERVICE step.
STEP 2: PROOFING PROCESS -
In 24 hours or less, you will receive a digital proof from a Client Services team member. Please note any changes necessary, or confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3: PRODUCTION & SHIPPING -
After confirming your artwork, your coasters will be produced in our state-of-the-art facility. This process generally takes 5 – 10 business days. If you are ordering this product with metal business cards, they will ship together – otherwise, they will ship within 5-10 business days. Please call for expedited production and higher quantities.

When will I see my first design?

Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload). You will receive an Email with your design as an attachment – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there. You can respond to the Email with any revisions, or your confirmation for production.

Is there a set-up fee?

This product includes the artwork set-up. Due to the size of this product, we only recommend adding your logo.

How do I supply my logo?

After selecting your quantity, upload your logo design file. We recommend vector artwork in the following file types: .AI, .CDR, .EPS.

What is the general turnaround time?

Metal business cards generally take 2-3 weeks in production. Our add-on products take generally 5-10 business days. If you’re ordering with metal business cards, your add-on product(s) will ship with your cards. If you’re ordering an add-on product separately, they will ship within 5-10 business days. Please call for expedited shipping options.

Are they available in other dimensions?

In order to provide the best quality and price, we have a single coaster that fits nearly all needs.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on this product?

At this point, personalization is completed using a state-of-the-art laser. This laser reproduces your artwork in a dark, deep etching; color is not currently available.
