  • STEP 1: ORDER -
    Select your quantity and place your order through our secure check-out. During check-out, upload your logo file. Make notes about your design under the ARTWORK SERVICE step.
  • STEP 2: PROOFING PROCESS -
    In 24 hours or less, you will receive a digital proof via Email. Please note any changes or confirm the design pictured.
  • STEP 3: PRODUCTION & SHIPPING -
    After confirming your artwork, your metal coasters are manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility. This process generally takes around two weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of your project. If you’re purchasing the coasters with metal business cards, they will ship together when the cards are ready (generally 2-3 weeks).

When will I see my first design?

Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload). You will receive an Email with your design as an attachment – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there. You can respond to the Email with any revisions, or your confirmation for production.

How do I send artwork for my order?

During the order process, first select your quantity. Next, upload your logo in the ARTWORK SERVICE section.

What is the general turnaround time?

General production time is approximately two weeks, after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

Is rush production and delivery available?

Is there a set-up fee?

There are NO set-up fees.

What’s included with your standard pricing?

Our pricing for the metal coasters includes the durable, 1mm thick brushed stainless steel coaster, a soft foam backing to protect your furniture, and two screen printed colors. Add additional colors as need.

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my metal coasters?

Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your metal coasters. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.
