Our in-house graphic design team will render your first digital proof within 24 hours of your purchase (generally it’s within a few hours, depending on workload). You will receive an Email with your design as an attachment – please be sure to check your spam folder just in case the Email ends up there. You can respond to the Email with any revisions, or your confirmation for production.

What if I don't have artwork?

No problem – this is included in this package! Let our in-house artwork team design a card for you based on your current logo or input. We know how to make you look good – guaranteed! If you don’t have a current logo, please let us know (in the artwork comments box) what you’re looking for in terms of style and message – we’ll take it from there. And, no orders go to production until you are 100% happy with the design.

What is the general turnaround time?

General production time is between two to three weeks after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.

How do I send artwork for my order?

During the order process,there are upload areas where you can upload any logos or content you have for your cards. You are also welcome to type in any notes/recommendations in the NOTES box. You are also welcome to email 'Sales@MyMetalBusinessCard.com' any additional content - don't forget to put your order number in the subject line!

Is there a set-up fee?

There is no set-up fee! This package inlcludes the deisgn service and once you supply us with your content and place your order, we can begin your back and forth digital proofing process.

What’s included with your standard pricing?

We like to make things simple. Our pricing includes all cut-through areas, all surface-etched areas, rounded corners and four screen printed colors. And, each card comes in its own plastic sleeve for protection.

How heavy are the cards?

The cards weigh roughly about 4lbs for 100pcs - that's less than one ounce per card. Cards with many cut-through areas will weigh even less.

Is rush production and delivery available?

What if I don’t like my design?

If for some reason you don’t like the initial proof of your design, we will work with you on your design until you are completely happy – that is our promise. If needed, they will literally pick-up the phone to call you – or you can call them at any time during business hours. We’re friendly, promise! :)

Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on my card?

Yes, we offer a Full Color Printing service for your cards. Please call or write to review your design needs with this option.

Can I get a custom shaped card?

Yes, a custom shaped card is no problem, and no additional charge, so long as it fits within the general dimensions of 3.5 X 2”. Credit card dimensions (CR80 – 3.37 X 2.12”) are also included at no additional price. Please specify this request in your artwork notes.

STEP 1 | ORDER Place your order to get started. Simply type your artwork comments in the blank field and upload any drawings, logos, or pictures you might have. Hit "ADD TO CART" and process the order through our secure website checkout.

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
