These durable Black Metal Business Cards are actually made from stainless steel that's .5mm thick. All of our cards are made from this metal because it's durable (it won't easily bend at .5mm thick), resists corrosion, and for it's classic brilliant ''stainless steel'' appearance. After etching, these cards are coated with our matte black finish - it makes an instant impression in hand.

Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! Screen Printing & Variable Data

You can expect colors that pop and a finish that’s durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the card surface or filled into etched areas. We’ll even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!

No problem! Our in-house artwork team will design a card for you based on your existing logo or input.

How do I submit artwork for my order?

Upload any logo, design, or reference files to the order page. Once the order is placed, our design team will follow up with a proof.

Is rush production and delivery available?

When will I receive my first proof?

After you make a purchase, our graphic design team will create your first digital proof within 24 working hours, sometimes even faster depending on our workload.

Once your proof is ready, we'll email you a link to view it. Be sure to check your spam folder so you don’t miss our email.

You can also view your proofs by logging into the My Account section on our website and visiting the "Proofs" tab.

Through the link we provide or directly on our website, you can communicate with your designer, request revisions, or approve the proof to move forward with production.

How heavy are the cards?

The cards weigh roughly about 4lbs for 100pcs - that's less than one ounce per card. Cards with many cut-through areas will weigh even less.

What is the general turnaround time?

General production time is approximately 2-3 weeks from proof approval, plus ship time from our warehouse here in Southern California.

What’s included with your standard pricing?

The Metal Cards Executive Pack is a great deal! You get 100 custom blacl metal business cards, professionally designed for you, all for one low rate—including domestic shipping. This package includes any 4 spot colors, cutout areas, surface etching on both sides, and one screen printed color.

Can I get a custom shaped card?

Absolutely! We can create custom shaped cards at no extra charge, as long as they fit within the standard business card dimensions of 3.5 x 2 inches or CR80 – 3.37 x 2.12 inches. Please specify your custom shape request in the Design Direction box when you submit your design.

What if I don’t like the design provided by your artwork service?

If you're not happy with the initial design proof, don't worry—we'll work with you until you're completely satisfied. That's our guarantee!

Our team of in-house graphic designers, based in Southern California, is ready to assist you in creating the perfect card. They can call you, or you can reach out to them during business hours at 714.213.8155. We're here to help, and we're friendly—that's a promise! :)

Is there a set-up fee?

There is no set-up fee! This package inlcludes the deisgn service and once you supply us with your content and place your order, we can begin your back and forth digital proofing process.

Order Process

STEP 1  |  ORDER    Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder.  No artwork, no problem!  Just add our Card Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers.  Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.

STEP 2  |  PROOFING PROCESS    Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof.  Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout.  Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.

STEP 3  |  PRODUCTION & SHIPPING    After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options).  Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
