These durable White Metal Business Cards are actually made from stainless steel that's .5mm thick. All of our cards are made from this metal because it's durable (it won't easily bend at .5mm thick) and will resist corrosion. After they’re are cut from sheets of steel, each card is coated with our durable white finish – a modern and sophisticated appearance.
Small details will etch with amazing clarity, while cut-out areas are accurate up to the size of a few human hairs! We utilize the latest in chemical etching technology to ensure your cards are cut with the finest attention to detail. And the best part? Our pricing includes all cut-through and 10% surface etching!
You can expect colors that pop and a finish that’s durable and crisp. Ink can be screen printed to the card surface or filled into etched areas. We will even color-match to Pantone ® if necessary – simply supply your color information while ordering. If you want each card to have a unique name or number (or both), we can do that, too!
Every card we produce is made-to-order and we take our quality very seriously. To preserve the pristine white metal finish, each card comes individually wrapped in its own clear plastic sleeve.
After you make a purchase, our graphic design team will create your first digital proof within 24 working hours, sometimes even faster depending on our workload.
Once your proof is ready, we'll email you a link to view it. Be sure to check your spam folder so you don’t miss our email.
You can also view your proofs by logging into the My Account section on our website and visiting the "Proofs" tab.
Through the link we provide or directly on our website, you can communicate with your designer, request revisions, or approve the proof to move forward with production.
General production time is between 2-3 weeks after artwork confirmation. Please call or write for expedited delivery after production.
There is no design fee if you provide vector artwork in the correct layout. However, if you need us to design your card or make any changes to your files, we offer a design service that includes up to five revisions.

Just specify this in the 'Artwork Comments' section when you complete your order.
Yes, you can personalize each card with a unique name or number, a feature we refer to as Variable Data which is found under the Advanced Options tab.
Variable data can either be applied using a state-of-the-art laser, or color screen printing processes.
Once you've selected your style of Variable Data, you can upload your Excel file containing the variable information through the designated upload bar.

Yes, you can choose single or double sided Full Color Printing under Printed Color(s) in the Advanced Options tab, which allows you to print full color images, images with gradients or multi-color logos on your cards.
Our standard cards are 0.5 mm thick, similar to a standard credit card which is about 0.76 mm. You can also choose thinner 0.3 mm cards or upgrade to thicker 0.8 mm cards to suit your preference!
It usually takes us 2-3 weeks to create the cards after your artwork has been confirmed.
If you need your order sooner, you can choose a faster shipping method by logging into the My Account section on our website, clicking on your order number, and updating your shipping method to an expedited option.
Keep in mind that expedited shipping speeds up the delivery after shipping but does not shorten the production time.
During the ordering process, you'll first select the quantity you need. Next, choose whether to use our Card Design Service, where our design team will create the card for you, or to provide your own ready-to-print artwork.
In both cases, you can upload up to three files. Just drag and drop your files or click the ‘Upload Artwork’ button under the Artwork Service step to add your files.
The cards weigh roughly about 4lbs for 100pcs - that's less than one ounce per card. Cards with many cut-through areas will weigh even less.

Absolutely! We can create custom shaped cards at no additional charge, provided they fit within the standard business card dimensions of 3.5 X 2 inches or CR80 – 3.37 X 2.12 inches. Please specify your custom shape request in the Design Direction box when you submit your design.

STEP 1 | ORDER Select your quantity and add-on options in the product builder. No artwork, no problem! Just add our Card Design Service and provide detailed notes for our internal designers. Feel free to upload any artwork including drawings, logos, or even a photo of your current card.
STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love your card layout. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in roughly 2-3 weeks (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
