Absolutely not! This product includes the artwork set-up - FREE. You can choose one of our pre-designed logos, or upload your own. Either way, you will receive a FREE digital proof for your approval, prior to production.
- What is the general turnaround time?

This product is ready-to-ship within 3-4 business days of your artwork confirmation.
- Can I print a full color image or multi-color logo on the product?

At this point, personalization is completed using a state-of-the-art laser that etches into the tumbler surface – no color is applied. This process etches away the powder coated finish, revealing the steel construction for a sleek, modern look.
- Do you offer discounts for large orders?

STEP 2 | PROOFING PROCESS Within 24 hours (Monday through Friday), you will receive a digital proof. Please note any changes and our designers will work with you until you love the design. Once you're completely satisfied, confirm your artwork for production.
STEP 3 | PRODUCTION & SHIPPING After confirming your artwork, you will receive an Email with tracking in 5 business days or less (please call for expedited options). Track your order status at any time in the My Account portal on our website.
